Tricia Hyacinth is one of the most influential people in philanthropy and in advancing women in Connecticut. She is Director of the Fund for Women and Girls at Fairfield County’s Community Foundation, which oversees the delivery of $17 million in grants and seeks to bring transformative change in such areas as income inequality, job readiness and progress for women. Through the Fund for Women & Girls, philanthropists come together to invest in sustainable solutions that support the safety, health and economic security of women and girls across Fairfield County. As part of the larger women’s movement, the Fund makes a greater impact by partnering in national coalitions such as Women’s Funding Network and Prosperity Together – working for progress on issues like closing the pay gap and creating pathways to economic security for low-income women and families. She holds an MBA from UConn.
