Margaret Feeney

Social Entrepreneur

Margaret is actively involved in the Connecticut entrepreneurial community with an extensive background in non-profit partnerships. In 2010 she founded Feeney Farm, a 501c3 that collected excess fruits and vegetables form NY and CT farms and distributed it to food shelters and community organizations throughout Fairfield County. Ms. Feeney is also a board member of Plantin’ Seeds, a non-profit in Litchfield Country that supports local community initiatives as well as social technology applications. Margaret acts as a committee member for Stamford’s Innovation Week and is a 2008 UConn MBA graduate and an active mentor to UConn’s iQ entrepreneurship program. Ms. Feeney currently works for NatWest Markets in Stamford.
