Alexis C. Brooks, Esq., co-founding partner of DiRusso + Brooks Law Group, LLC, is a commercially-minded attorney who advises entrepreneurs and business owners on entity formation, contract drafting, review and negotiation, drafting corporate policies, and employment law. Having a varied corporate business and fundraising background, Alexis developed a skill set which bridges the corporate and legal worlds. She is a member of the Connecticut Bar and has provided pro bono services through the Children’s Center for Advocacy. She lives in New Canaan, Connecticut with her husband and three children.
